We want you to know that you can continue to rely on us. So the next time we have the privilege of welcoming you into our practice, you can rest assured that our commitment to your health and wellbeing remains our highest priority.
Attending For Face To Face Consultations
Please do not attend the clinic if you have ANY cold or flu symptoms, including fever, cough, sore throat, runny / stuffy nose, fatigue, shortness of breath, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, you are a close contact of someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
Late cancellation fees will be waived if you develop symptoms within the late cancellation period. We put it out there that this is a trust system, and not all cancellations are “cold and flu” related. Please let reception know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment or switch to telehealth.
Patients are required to wear a surgical face mask when inside the practice, if they are medically able to do so.
